Why not an unisex approach? And what about men?
We design for women, while being men inclusive. “Unisex” often defaults to male - not by intent, but by legacy. Women are trained to adapt, find workarounds, internalize problems instead of pointing them. And because we don’t speak up, the world stays blind. That’s why our approach is women-centric. It’s where the biggest gap lies across industries. Still, the goal isn’t exclusion nor division - it’s impact for all. We don’t believe in finger-pointing.
